Nate Crnkovich, BSN, RN
Owner + Co-Founder
Nate is the Owner and Co-Founder of Green Light IV, formerly known as Thrive
Mobile Therapies. Nate earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and was
licensed as a registered nurse in Nebraska in 2017. For his first 6 years as an RN he worked as
an Emergency Room and TNCC certified trauma nurse. During the Covid-19
pandemic, Nate worked as a traveling nurse, gaining diverse experience working at
hospitals around the country.
In 2021, Nate began working part-time providing mobile IV services in the Dallas/
Fort Worth area. He found that this role allowed him to provide a more
personalized version of nursing care, combining his ER expertise with a holistic
patient-centered approach that combines both western medicine and naturopathic
practices. This passion, combined with a desire to offer fellow nurses a career
option outside of the hospital setting, is what lead him to co-found Green Light IV.
In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and fiancé,
Kelcey, as well as their two dogs, Lucy and Tessie. Nate is a fitness enthusiast and
especially loves spending time in the outdoors. When he’s not working, you can
find him either cheering on his favorite sports teams - the Boston Red Sox and
Dallas Cowboys - or traveling, camping, hiking, hunting and fishing.
Dr. Aiman Shokr, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Aiman Shokr, a unique physician in the Texas Panhandle with over 29 years of
experience, combines surgical, internal medicine, and emergency medicine
expertise. Dr. Shokr is board-certified with a Fellowship of the Royal College of
Surgeons of Ireland (FRCSI) and American Board Certification in Internal
Medicine and emergency medicine.
Aside from overseeing the medical operations of Green Light IV, he is also an
owner/partner of a freestanding emergency center company with 12 locations in
Texas. Dr. Shokr resides in Amarillo, enjoying family time and exploring different
parts of the states in his spare time.
